What is a self-reflection journal?

What are self-reflection journals and how do I use them?

Our self-reflection journals (Where You Are Now, Probably Still Figuring It Out) are A5 softcover journals featuring 10 thoughtfully designed chapters. Each chapter focuses on a different aspect of your life—mind, relationships, purpose, growth—with guided prompts that help you locate yourself emotionally, mentally, and energetically.

How to use them:

  • Choose the section that resonates most right now (you don't need to go in order)
  • Set aside 10-30 minutes in a quiet space
  • Answer the prompts honestly, without editing or performing
  • Let yourself write without judgment - messy, incomplete thoughts are welcome
  • Return to previous entries to notice patterns and growth over time
  • Set a completion goal of 2-3 months, then revisit the entire journal 3-6 months later—re-reading reveals how far you've come, shows growth that felt invisible day-to-day, and creates powerful perspective on challenges that have shifted or resolved
