Shipping policy

Processing & Delivery

All products are made to order. Delivery times vary by product type:

Accessories 

  • Production: 3-5 working days (Core Range items: 3 days)
  • UK Delivery: 1-5 working days
  • International: Up to 30 days

Apparel 

  • Production: Custom manufacturing time applies Important:
  • Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled
  • UK & Europe: 10-14 business days from dispatch (plus production time)
  • International: 10-14 business days from dispatch (plus production time)

Books (Printed in UK)

  • UK: 5-7 working days (production + shipping), or 1-3 days with Express option (additional fee)
  • Europe: Up to 21 days
  • US/Canada: 5-10 working days (standard) or 1-3 days (express courier)

We ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, US, and Canada. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

All working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and cart total. All charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • UK orders: Prices include VAT
  • EU orders: Prices include all taxes, duties, and customs fees—no additional charges upon delivery

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, tracking link, and expected delivery date.

Issues with Your Order

Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items: Email us at altu.markt@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund at no cost. For wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failed Delivery: Follow carrier instructions for collection or redelivery. Packages returned due to failed delivery or incorrect addresses may incur reshipment charges.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO Boxes (certain products) or BFPO addresses. Contact us before ordering if unsure about your address.

Order Cancellations

Products are made to order, so we may be unable to cancel once production begins. Contact us immediately at altu.markt@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
