Our store is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Altu Markt.

3. Your Account

When you create an account or make a purchase, you must provide accurate and complete information. You're responsible for:

4. Products & Orders

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and settings. We don't guarantee products will exactly match how they appear on your screen.

Placing Orders: When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is only confirmed once we've received payment and sent you a confirmation email. You'll receive order confirmation by email, including a summary of your purchase.

Made to Order: Our products are made to order, which means production begins after you place your order. This sustainable approach reduces waste.

Delivery: Unless otherwise agreed, we'll deliver goods within 30 days of order confirmation.

Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests as products are made to order.

Returns: All returns are subject to our Refund Policy. You have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel your order for any reason (unless the item is exempt).

Personal Use: Purchases are for personal or household use only, not for commercial resale.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. You'll be charged the price shown at the time you place your order.

What's Included: Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Additional Charges: We won't charge you for any additional costs (such as insurance or expedited delivery) unless you give your express consent. Pre-ticked boxes for optional extras are not used.

  • You agree to provide valid, current payment information and warrant that:
  • Your payment information is accurate and complete
  • You're authorized to use the payment method
  • Your payment provider will honor the charges
  • You'll pay all charges including any agreed shipping costs

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once we hand products to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

All content on our Services (including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and product descriptions) is owned by Altu Markt or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
