I consistently started writing in this journal as a new years resolution, this came from the idea of New year new me. However it offers much more than that. It recognises that real growth comes from consistent reflection, not just a change in date.
The structured format makes it easy to focus on one question at a time, which is especially helpful if you tend to feel overwhelmed. the font is easy to read especially for those who struggle with dyslexia (me!). It encourages clear, practical thinking and helps organise thoughts around any personal development or career goals or even if your going through a rough patch in life.
I would recommend this journal to anyone looking for a straightforward and effective tool for self-reflection. It works well whether you have plenty of time to write or just a few minutes in your day!
I’ve never been someone who journals. I always thought it wasn’t really for me or that I wouldn’t stick to it, but this journal has completely changed that.

Lovely journal designed to help you reflect in a meaningful yet approachable way. Each page has a question to guide you, which is great if you struggle with a blank page like I do. I love flicking through and answering whichever question resonates with me on that particular day. You don’t have to be a wellness guru or super in touch with yourself to use this journal.
Also love that it’s paperback and easy to carry in my handbag. Will definitely buy another journal from Altu!
